The past week or so I have been decorating a nice building at the end of Rocky Road on my sim.  I am calling this place Rockridge Coffee House Lounge and it's all fixed for the holidays.  Complete with a coffee machine, steaming hot cups of cocoa and gingerbread cookies.

There is even a nice comfy area to sit near the fireplace with friends.  I also put some Holiday music on the parcel stream to get you in the holiday spirit.
